Betsy Lahue, CEO, brings over two decades of experience as a former health economics, outcomes research and market access healthcare executive. Ms. Lahue served on both Commercial and R&D leadership teams and regularly presented to the Board of Directors of a Fortune 500 healthcare company. Her experiences span all sectors of life science technology including pharma/biotech, medical device, and diagnostics. In rare diseases, Ms. Lahue had an opportunity to broker novel funding and access arrangements with national and regional authorities. As CEO of Alkemi, she provides strategic guidance to clients on product value assessments, evidence plans, regulatory endpoints and payer/HTA strategies to ensure patient access at the value-based price. Ms. Lahue earned a BA in Chemistry and English from Amherst College and her MPH from the Boston University School of Public Health. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for EvoEndo.

Robert Lahue, Chief Operating Officer, drives company growth and ensures financial efficiency in the pursuit of our mission. His business development and talent recruiting acumen spans healthcare, commercial real estate, and mixed investment portfolios. With over 20 years of financial management and strategic investment experience, he has successfully built and sold two businesses. Prior roles in industry include Regional Marketing Director and Sales Leader. Mr. Lahue earned a BS from Babson College.

Dr. Kristen Cribbs, Senior Research Director, leads policy, programmatic, and research ranging from study design and instrument development to quantitative and qualitative data collection and data analysis. The Alkemi research team under Dr. Cribbs’ supervision develops value messages, creates payer communication tools, and conducts systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and health economic modeling. Dr. Cribbs earned a PhD in Health Policy and Management from CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy; an MPH in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health; and an AB in Psychology from Occidental College.

Da-In Fang, Manager of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), develops client evidence strategies and leads value communications. Ms. Fang’s background includes both consulting and pharmaceutical roles in global HEOR and medical writing. Her expertise includes market access strategies, outcomes research, value dossiers, and thought-leader collaborations. Ms. Fang received her MPH in Health Management and Policy from Drexel University’s Dornsife School of Public Health; her MA in Pharmacology from Columbia University; and her BS in Biology from the College of William and Mary.

Wesley Baisley, Research Associate, specializes in development of data analysis and research strategies. Recent projects include targeted literature reviews, data on file analyses, poster design and development and execution of statistical analysis plans. Mr. Baisley’s prior research background includes the study of neurobiology of emotion, biochemical substrates of hearing, and evaluating REM sleep in mice via optogenetic experimentation. Mr. Baisley is a four-year veteran of the military and earned a BS in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University.

Gio Shoushi, Research Analyst, synthesizes market access insights. Mr. Shoushi previously led primary and secondary research on oncology market trends. His experiences included identifying thought-leader preferences and conducting an opportunity assessment for novel therapies and diagnostic technologies. Mr. Shoushi earned a BS in Biochemistry-Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business and Science from Keck Graduate Institute.

Lailoo Perriello, Research Analyst, specializes in literature analysis and development of research strategies. Ms. Perriello previously led market and consumer trend research on pharmaceutical drugs and has spearheaded recruitment and summary reporting of clinical research subjects at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her experiences included discrete customer segmentation, survey development, and response theme analysis. Ms. Perriello earned a BA in Biology and Sociology from Bowdoin College.
